QfQ bee tonight at Modern Domestic!

None of those quilts up top are from Quilts for Quake Survivors – but it certainly shows how ‘trend right’ quilts have become! The quilt stack on the right is from NYT style magazine in the ‘GET’ segment.

If you want to learn (for free!) on how to make quilts like the lovely APC quilt (seen on the left upper corner) or just want to help the cause and do something good through your craft – come tonight from 7-9pm to Modern Domestic and help us quilt and finish – and possibly even start piecing quilt squares! It’s going to be very relaxed – just drop by and help out. No need to bring any supplies – we’ve got it covered!

All the quilts that are finished now will go to our online quilt shop with all proceeds going to help the victims in Japan.

Hope to see you later!

Oh – and before I forget! This mother’s day will be two sewing bees at ModernDomestic! Check out their e-store  for exact dates (even though it’s free) and mark your calendars!
